Where can I find good strength training routines?
I’m a 16 year old girl and I go to the gym regularly, doing mostly cardio but using some of the weight machines and the Power Plate. I’m looking for simple, easy plans and routines to start using free weights to build lean muscle and tone up, and perhaps some routines based around a fitness ball too. Do you know any good websites or can you recommend anything yourself?
do yourself a favor and stick to one site. Going from site to site will only confuse you because of the different advice.
